Should R and RStudio files be in the same folder?.Install all needed packages including knitīased on my previous experience, I have 3 questions.

Please download and install the appropriate version of Rtools before proceeding: WARNING: Rtools is required to build R packages but is not currently installed. I am new to the system and really need help ! The installation stopped in somewhere with following lines displayed in the console. After uninstall/install RStudio with R version 3.5.3 and RStudio under window 10, run above statement.
